Health Essentials Resource & Services, Inc's mission is to provide comprehensive,  high-quality care under the guidelines of medicare and the State on a preventative and post-hospitalization  basis.  We have created a practice that we believe in and choose for our own elderly members.

 

We are a full-service family practice of dedicated, experienced Skilled Clinicians who believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health. We work together to serve your elderly loved ones  for all of their medical needs during  their late stage of life. Our Skilled Clinicians  believe in providing comprehensive health care services to our patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We also believe in educating our patients as we work with them to achieve the best physical state possible. 

 

Each Skilled Clinician is certified by the CA Board of Nursing , with adequate years of practice and experiences on Home Health Care as well as In-Home Health Care Services  and comes to our practice with years of providing quality care in their area of specialty.  Our  medical staff professionals always consult with the Medical Advisor prior to working with each patient in order to provide informed, consistent care at all times.
